Back on the Wagon

Tonight I am going to crack into something nice to celebrate!

The common cold is one of the worst things that can happen to a wine lover. It destroys your appetite, sense of smell, and overall ability to enjoy wine. I am excited to say that after almost a week of being beaten down like a terrorist by Jack Bower, I have finally started to kick this cold. Today I am excited because I can finally smell again!

Being sick and sober wasn't the worst thing that could have happened to me. During my unintentional detox from the grape, I was able to regroup and formulate an empire that is going to take my "wine whoring" to the next level. I know this sounds crazy, but stay tuned for the details next week, I think you're really gonna like this one!

Also, if you pre-ordered a Wine Whore glass, I should have them all by Tuesday. As long as they came out okay, I'll be shipping them out by mid next week! Don't worry, it's not too late to order one (or more) of these for yourself. (Click here for details)

What are you celebrating?

I am also celebrating feeling better after FOUR weeks! Glad you are feeling better, too, and can't wait to get the WW glass!

Thank you! This week is going to be a lot of fun! I have some great announcements, fun projects, and of course, I can't wait to send out the wine glasses! Beth, I'll make sure to include something fun with yours!

The common cold ain't nuttin.
Just diagnosed with an intestinal infection. Eight days of treatment in which no alcohol of any kind (including cooking wine or cough medicine) is to be ingested. Had to cover my rack and fridge so not to see it as I walk by.

Oh man! That totally sucks but look on the bright side, when you can drink again, you should open THAT one bottle you've been saving! I could think of no better excuse!

I don't blame you for covering the fridge and wine rack... mine kept taunting me every day while I was sick too! :P

Hope you feel better soon and I can't wait to hear what you decide to open to celebrate!
