This looks fantastic. Sample any?

Sadly, I didn't taste much cheese in Paris... lots of liver, duck confit, and sausage, but didn't get a chance to do any cheese tastings! :(

Next time!

What's your favorite cheese?

I like Italian cheeses. I'd go with this one from Sardinia: http://www.dibruno.com/Detail.bok?no=1202

This is another good one and it's widely available, you can even get this from our local supermarket these days. Prima Donna: http://www.dibruno.com/Detail.bok?no=470

Thank you for the suggestions! :)

I'm gonna see if I can find those around here! There's an Italian market in St. Pete that I've been looking for a good excuse to visit!

A local Italian bread place here(no cheeses) use to have a store in Clearwater but I think it closed.

As for cheese, you can't go wrong with parmigiano reggiano. If they have aged prima donna, get that one.

The regular one is good too. Sometimes we just do olives/bread/cheeses and wine for dinner with a salad. It's a fun, casual dinner.

Aged prima donna? Are you messing with me? :)

Nah, I know you're not but you gotta admit, that's a pretty funny name for a cheese!

That sounds like the PERFECT dinner!
