Spits and Swallows of 2009

Posted by The Wine Whore |

As another year creeps to an end, it's time to look back and remember all of those little moments that made 2009 so special. In order to commemorate this rockin' year, I've decided to put together something to get us all through another year of wine drinking. No, I'm not talking about being added to the liver transfusion list, although, that's not an entirely bad idea... I'm talking about compiling the ultimate guide of wine, drinking, and whatnot of 2009. I shall call it "The Wine Whore's Guide to Spits and Swallows of 2009"

The best part is that you can download your very own copy for FREE this coming January!!!

Don't be left out! Get your wine business, blog, or other wine related website included in this guide. For only $5, you too can sponsor my 2009 Sips, Spits, and Swallows and be seen amongst pages of reviews, info, and other fun stuff from 2009.

Okay. Count me in. I will catch up with you next week. Has anyone told you today that you are awesome!! Also, what this guide might be missing is some negativity - as in worst of the worst. Leave it to me - always the cynic.

Thank you! I was about to ask you the same thing! :)

There will definitely be plenty of negativity in this Best and Worst of 2009 guide... it's gonna rock!

Hey, Randy, what is the deadline on this. I am definitely in for a full page add, but I won't have my copy add ready for maybe 10 days. What is the distribution # - I can't wait to see it. Too many bloggers kiss way to much a$$. I like it when people are real. Cheers!

Dude, I totally hear you on this one... it's all about being REAL! Actually, it's more fun to be real anyways, just have to let your guard down enough to let your personality shine through... anyways, I don't need to tell you that, I think you've got it nailed! (...and I'm not kissing ass with that statement either, it's true)

As long as I get the ad by the end of the year, you are good to go. Since this guide will be distributed free of charge, I would have to imagine that it will hit at least several thousand eyes in the wine/food/beverage demo. If it goes over well, I might also run a printed version for sale through Amazon... baby steps first though.

In any case, this is a great (and very inexpensive) way to get some cross-exposure in the wine blog community... and hell, if nothing else it should just be good fun!
