Drinks On ME!

Posted by The Wine Whore |

One of the questions I get asked MOST often is: "How do I get to drink for FREE too?"

Pay attention because this is your chance...

I'll buy you a FREE DRINK if you walk up to me around town and say "WHAT'S UP WINE WHORE?!?"

This weekend, you can be sure that I'll be somewhere roaming the wine bars and brew pubs of Tampa, FL. Stay tuned for my tweets this weekend... I'll give you clues!

Cheers!

That's not far at all! How about I make it my first stop on my world tour? :) I also have many good friends that live there... always look for a good excuse to stop by!

How's your Wednesday treating you? Hope you gave it a great ending!

Cheers!

You tryin' to steal my shtick?!

LOL! No dude, I totally didn't mean to bogart your deal. :)

The funny thing is that I am friends with the Passionate Foodie and saw your post about him earlier today. Maybe it was completely subliminal, but 100% unintentional nonetheless. :)

In any case, I am honored that you found me, stopped by, and even left me a comment! It looks like I owe YOU a drink, or four! Looks like MA is going to be my third stop on my world tour...

In summary, I dig your site, am thrilled you even know who I am, and can't wait to party with you.

Until then...

Cheers!

I'll be interested to see how much this costs you. To "whore" yourself for wine to avoid the cost must have saved you lots;) When will you be in Va?

You should definitely roll up to Boston for our Wine Expo in January. Its a good time...

Quick question - The wife and I are seeing Avenue Q in Boston this Saturday. Whats a good pre-game wine for a ridiculous puppet musical?

This one has a great potential to backfire... if it works, maybe I can get local wine bars to participate, kinda like a scavenger hunt!

VA will definitely be on my tour! I have been dying to do a tour of the VA wine trail... would you wanna come along?

Cheers!

Hey there Kevin!

Can you believe that I've never been to Boston... that would be a great excuse to drink wine and see the city!

Looks like I have another stop on the tour to plan! :)

I'd go with a spicy red to go with such an off-the-wall musical... perhaps something like the d'Arenberg Laughing Magpie?

Anyone else have any zany wine suggestions?

Cheers!

You definitely need to come to Boston! We have plenty of great restaurants too. Dale, I and others will make sure you have a great time.

That would be awesome! After reading all of your killer restaurant food posts, you've got me craving some nice Boston chow (or is that chowder?) :)

Is it brutally cold up there yet? What's the best time of the year to visit?

Cheers!

The weather is still decent right now, mostly in the 50s. Today is actually pretty nice. If you don't like the cold, then you shouldn't come up in the winter. Late spring or early fall are both good times to visit.

Chowdah! It is Bahstahn ya know!

I think I'll wait until early fall. This winter has been unusually warm down here... I could honestly use some of that cold weather!

From what I can tell you guys have some pretty good food and wine up there... I can't wait to check it out! :)

Cheers!
